Terms and Conditions: Fussy-Shopper's Return Policy:

A few of our products have a return policy that differs from this "Standard Return Policy", and are not covered by the policies outlined on this page. Please refer to the specific product page for irregular Return Policy information Otherwise, the product will be a subject to our "Standard Return Policy".

Standard Return Policy:’s return policy is patterned after the “industry standard” for the purchase of online non-digital products. Thus, in accordance with the return policies below, most products may be returned for a refund within 10 days of the invoice date as long as they remain unopened and the manufacturer's original shrink-wrapping and/or seals have not been altered.


We do not offer any product exchanges. If you desire a similar replacement product, you must then request a return merchandise authorization (RMA), within 10 days of your receipt of the item, for a refund for the original item. Once we receive your returned item within 10 days from the RMA issue date, we will issue a refund back to your original form of payment. If you then require a replacement item, you must then place a new order for your desired item.

Damaged Shipments:

If a customer receives a shipping container that indicates obvious damage, and the item was delivered via a regular commercial carrier such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc., then customer should refuse the shipment and email us immediately. If upon opening the shipping container a concealed damage is discovered, contact us right away to arrange for an inspection of the item.

Product Compatibility: is not responsible for product compatibility problems. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance.

Products Not Returnable:

Some items are not returnable after purchase. These are either marked Not Returnable on our website, or we notify customer about such products by e-mail or phone.

Restocking Fees:

All, non defective, returns are subject to a restocking fee of the greater of $7.50 or 20% of the cost of the item. The original Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Refused Packages

Any refused packages are subject to a restocking fee of the greater of $7.50 or 20% of the cost of the item and any additional return shipping charge. Original shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Return Procedure:

To return a qualified unopened product, or to return a defective product, the procedure outlined below must be followed:

     Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from within 10 days of the date of receipt by e-mailing your request to listing all of the qualifying details for your return request.

     Once the RMA  has been authorized, we will email customer the RMA number along with the detailed return instructions. The RMA number is only valid for a period of 10 days, and be aware that a RMA number cannot be extended or re-issued.

     Upon issuance of the RMA number you will be sent the RMA number with an address to where the package must be returned. Shipping the product return to an address other than the one provided may cause severe delays in the return process.

     Pack the item being returned within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage. We recommend that you insure the return shipment against loss and/or damage. Proof of delivery to the returned address is required. Thus, you must use USPS, UPS or FedEx that provide proof of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned items, and any damages in transit.

     Clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package being returned. However, Do Not write on or apply any labels directly to manufacturer boxes or original product packaging surfaces.

A Refund will be issued once the returned product has been received, inspected and accepted. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Conditions:

We will refuse to process return if product was received by the return address warehouse under the following conditions:

     Product was received without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number.

     Product was received later than 10 calendar days from the RMA issue date.

     Product does not meet our expectations. For example, the product is not in resalable condition, or was claimed to be defective and is found to be non-defective.

     Product is claimed to be unopened by the customer. Upon receipt a technician opens the package and discovers the product had been opened by the customer before it was returned.

In this case, the returned product will be denied a refund and shipped back at customer’s expense that will be charged to customer’s credit card. Return may also be subject to a $50 processing fee if Fussy-Shopper is assessed a $50 processing fee from original supplier.

If a product cannot be deemed resalable and is sent back to the customer and the customer refuses a returned product shipment, or returns the product a second time without Fussy-Shopper's prior authorization, the customer agrees to relinquish all right and title to and waives all claims against for credit charges related to such products.

Customer Credit Card Charges:

If necessary, the customer authorizes to charge their Credit Card for any restocking or other charges in addition to the cost of the products, to include shipping charges for any product returned.

By making a purchase the customer agrees to accept and abide by this product return policy.
